I usually try and stay away from the glamorized stories of security. The vulnerabilities, hackers getting caught, state sponsored spying and, of course, the Snowden situation. To be honest, all of it is entertainment but does nothing to help solve the problems. That's why most, with the exclusion of a few rants, economic and fun, posts try to drive those solutions.
This morning I came across and EFF posting that was pretty interesting about the timeline of recent cyber spying. Not that a lot of the content is new to us in the industry but it is a great mapping of events. I thought I would send it on.
